1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Transit Time for the USA & UK
We proudly offer Standard Shipping to all destinations within the United States (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK).
- Shipping Cost: FREE Shipping on all orders.
- Transit/Delivery Time (USA): 7 to 15 business days.
- Transit/Delivery Time (UK): 7 to 15 business days.
Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time. (Expected total arrival: 8-18 business days).
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Swift Pouch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@swiftpouch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution via replacement or refund.
