At Swift Pouch, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@swiftpouch.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the exact return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, Swift Pouch will cover the return shipping costs or issue a free replacement.
- If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size/color ordered), the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@swiftpouch.com
